Viaan Ventures (registered legal entity, also known as Digitize Studio, our digital arm) operates MarkOS, an AI-powered marketing automation platform. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Viaan Ventures.
Heads up: MarkOS generates marketing content using artificial intelligence. AI is powerful but not perfect. You stay responsible for what gets published.
What is AI content?
AI content is text, images, or copy generated by large language models and image AI — not written or designed by a human. MarkOS uses AI to produce your marketing posts, captions, and creatives automatically.
What MarkOS uses
MarkOS uses Claude by Anthropic to generate text and copy, and OpenAI's image models to generate and restyle images. These are third-party AI services — their own terms and policies apply in addition to ours. The same models are used on every plan.
Limitations
AI can occasionally produce factual errors, miss brand nuance, use outdated information, or generate content that doesn't perfectly match your tone. It's powerful, but it's not infallible.
Your responsibility to review
You are responsible for reviewing every piece of AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere — on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If something looks wrong, edit or discard it.
What we're not responsible for
Viaan Ventures and Digitize Studio are not responsible for platform penalties, audience reactions, regulatory issues, reputational harm, or legal claims arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish without review.
Disclosure on AI replies
Replies MarkOS sends on your behalf — to comments, DMs, WhatsApp messages and reviews — always carry a disclosure identifying them as AI-assisted. You can reword the introduction to suit your business, but it cannot be switched off.
