Answers From Your Actual Catalog
Connect your Shopify store and every answer comes from your real catalog — real names, real prices, the real option list. Your products also start appearing in your posts on their own. Order questions are answered once the customer confirms the order is theirs.
Spark and upYou run a store, not a support inbox.
No need to answer "is this in stock?" fifty times.
Connect Shopify and every reply is built from your real catalog — real names, real prices, and the complete option list with every size and colour marked in stock or out. MarkOS also says whether it checked just now or is working from the last sync, so a customer is never told something confidently wrong.
What you actually do
- 1
Connect your Shopify store.
- 2
Flip two switches: product photos in posts, live offers in replies.
It reads your catalog, not its imagination
Real names, real prices, real stock
Every product reply is built from your synced catalog, so a customer always hears about what you actually sell — the complete option list per axis, each value marked in or out of stock, and up to four products in one reply.
- ✓Buy links are built by MarkOS from your shop domain and the variant id. The model receives a finished URL it is not allowed to modify, and a malformed domain fails closed rather than producing a broken link.
- ✓Your shop policies sync too, so “can I return this?” is answered from your own policy text.
Order status is locked to private channels
This is the part worth reading closely. Order lookups are protected by the architecture itself, not by an instruction in a prompt.
- 1
Public question
Gets a warm nudge to continue in a direct message. The channel check is the very first line of the lookup, before any store call is made.
- 2
In a DM
Two facts are required: the order number and the email address it was placed with.
- 3
On WhatsApp
The carrier-verified number matches automatically, so a real customer is rarely challenged at all.
- 4
Three misses
It stops for 24 hours and hands the conversation to you.
Every failure reads the same
Identical wording on every failed attempt, on purpose — so the assistant can never be used to work out who your customers are.
No PII is stored
Verified identities are kept as one-way hashes, and Shopify’s customers/redact erases them.
Unreachable store, honest answer
If your store is briefly unreachable MarkOS says so and offers to follow up, rather than guessing.
You decide what it's allowed to mention
Product photos in posts
Whether products from your store may appear in generated posts, using your real photographs.
Live offers in replies
Offers are DM-only, limited to campaigns that are active and public, and discount codes are copied character-exact.
Which commerce data reaches a reply is decided in plain code before the prompt is assembled, so the rules hold every time. Your catalog re-syncs nightly at 03:40 IST and in real time on store webhooks.

Your products, posting themselves
The same connection that grounds your replies also keeps your feed full. Products from your store become posts on their own, using your real photographs — and only products that clear all three of these are eligible, so a post always lands on something a customer can actually buy.
Published
Drafts and archived products are never picked up.
In stock
Nothing is promoted that a customer cannot buy today.
Has a photo
A product with no image is skipped rather than illustrated with something invented.
- ✓Captions are written from the real product — its title, description, type, price and the options it comes in.
- ✓A product’s whole gallery — up to 10 images — becomes one carousel-ready set, and photos you upload yourself always go first; your store fills the gaps.
- ✓Each product rests for 60 days after it features, so MarkOS works right through your catalog before it repeats anything.
