How does the AI credit work?

MarkOS charges no platform fee. The full price of your plan is credited to your account as AI credit — ₹299 becomes ₹299 of credit, ₹499 becomes ₹499, ₹799 becomes ₹799. One credit is one rupee, and you decide whether it goes on posts, articles, replies or styled product photos.

How many posts or articles do I get per month?

Create as much as your monthly AI credit allows. Plans differ by capability — which platforms you publish to, whether you get a lead pipeline, whether you connect a store — rather than by a cap on how much work you can do. MarkOS shows you the cost of each piece of work before it runs, and top-up packs are available on every plan.

Does unused credit roll over?

Credit you buy as a top-up stays in your account until you use it — it accumulates and carries forward indefinitely, because you paid for it. Your included monthly credit works differently: a fresh allowance arrives at the start of every billing cycle. Top-up packs come in ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000.

How do I know what something will cost before I run it?

MarkOS shows you the cost of each piece of work before it generates anything, so nothing is a surprise. A post built from a product photograph you already have is the most economical route; generating fresh imagery costs more, and you control that with the Image Quality setting in your account.

What platforms does MarkOS support?

Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn on every plan; Google Business Profile from Momentum; X (Twitter) on Dominate. WhatsApp is included from Spark. LinkedIn posts go to your personal profile on Spark, and to Company Pages from Momentum upward — Company Pages also unlock LinkedIn reach and engagement reporting. We add new platforms as their APIs open up.

Can I tell MarkOS what to write about?

Yes — that's what a content strategy brief is for. Set a theme, the key messages you want reinforced and the topics to lean into for a date range you choose, and every post generated in that window follows it. Any field can be drafted for you with one click, and you accept suggestions field by field so nothing you wrote is replaced. Your brief also carries the calls-to-action that appear in every post. Available on every plan.

Can MarkOS post my store products automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Spark upward. Once your Shopify store is connected, your products start appearing in your posts on their own — real photographs from your store, captioned with the real title, description, price and options. Only products that are published, in stock and have a photo are eligible, and each one rests for a couple of months after it features so MarkOS works right through your catalog. Photos you upload yourself always take priority, and one switch turns the whole behaviour off.

Can MarkOS make my product photos look professional?

Yes. Upload one photograph and MarkOS restyles it into any of 78 scenes across 9 families — studio sweeps, marble, linen, outdoor, and an India-first festive set covering Diwali, Navratri, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, monsoon and weddings. The product itself is never redrawn, restyled, recoloured or re-lettered; only its surroundings change. Themes are available on every plan.

Can it answer questions about my Shopify products and orders?

Yes, from Spark upward. Product replies use your real catalog — names, prices, and the full option list with each value marked in stock or out. Order lookups are locked to private channels and require both the order number and the email the order was placed with; three wrong attempts pause it for 24 hours and hand the conversation to you. Shopify is the only store platform supported today.

Can MarkOS publish articles straight to my website?

If your site is a GitHub repository, MarkOS opens a real pull request with the article — it only ever adds files, never force-pushes, and nothing is cloned. Publishing is a button you press, not a schedule, and nothing reaches your site until you merge. Support for more platforms is coming. No GitHub site? MarkOS still shares every article across your connected social channels automatically.

How does the AI generate my content?

A multi-agent pipeline — trend researcher, content strategist, copywriter and image generator — working from a brand persona built for your business. Every plan uses the same models; we do not give cheaper plans a weaker AI.

Are there storage or catalog limits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and they are the only ceilings in the product. Product photo library: 2 GB on Spark, 5 GB on Momentum, 10 GB on Dominate. Shopify catalog: 250, 500 and 2,500 products respectively. Instagram competitor handles: 2, 5, and unlimited.

Do I need to approve every post?

Your choice, per platform. Auto-reply for comments and messages is off until you switch it on, and complaints are always held for your review by default. Manual approval is worth keeping for the first couple of weeks while the AI settles into your voice.

Yes — 30 days with full Dominate feature access and ₹149 of AI credit to spend. No credit card, one per account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel any time from your account, with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep full access until the end of your billing cycle.

What happens when my trial ends or I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your account moves to pay as you go — everything stays exactly where it is, and any credit you purchased is still yours to spend. There is no monthly fee, so no monthly credit arrives either; top up or pick a plan again whenever you are ready.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you pay for ten months and get twelve. That works out to ₹249, ₹416 or ₹666 a month on Spark, Momentum and Dominate. Billed once a year, plus GST.

Are WhatsApp charges included?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp itself is included in your plan from Spark — there is no separate add-on fee. Meta's own charges (~₹0.87 per marketing message) are passed through at actuals and are not part of your plan fee.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number for automation?

Accepted Answer

No — keep using your existing WhatsApp Business number alongside MarkOS. If you reply from your own WhatsApp Business App, the scheduled AI reply is cancelled automatically so the customer never gets two answers. Prefer a fresh dedicated number instead? We can set that up too.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every AI-sent reply identifies itself, and you can reword the introduction so it sounds like your business. Keeping it on every reply is how MarkOS stays aligned with India's IT Rules on labelling AI-generated content, and it is simply the right way to treat a customer.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes — AES-256 encryption, DPDP Act 2023 compliant, OAuth tokens never logged. Customer identities used for Shopify order verification are stored only as one-way hashes, and Shopify's data-erasure requests delete them.
