Viaan Ventures (registered legal entity, also known as Digitize Studio, our digital arm) operates MarkOS, an AI-powered marketing automation platform. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Viaan Ventures.
MarkOS integrates with Google APIs to help you sign in, publish content, and track SEO and analytics performance. This page explains exactly what we access and how we use it.

How we use it
Google data is used solely to provide the features you've enabled in MarkOS. It is not used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train AI models.
Limited Use affirmation
MarkOS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, MarkOS does not:
- Use or transfer data for advertising purposes
- Sell or transfer data to data brokers
- Use data to train generalized AI or ML models
- Allow humans to read your Google data without your explicit consent
Where it's stored
OAuth tokens are stored in the console.digitize.studio PostgreSQL database (Bangalore), encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and retained until you disconnect the integration or delete your account. All traffic to and from our systems, including database connections, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored Google data is restricted to authorized personnel through role-based access controls, and is limited to what's needed to provide support or operate the platform.
Revoking access
You can disconnect MarkOS from Google at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts in the console, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
